Be You Till Full Self-Care Journal

Be You Till Full Self-Care Journal is born from the realization that we should make ourselves the priority and not an option. My belief is that WELLthy starts within and investing in oneself first benefits those around, starting with our loved ones. Motherhood can often feel all-consuming. We give so much of ourselves as moms that if we are not careful, we will be training our children to think that they own us.

As a work at home mom, I need to be intentional in fighting that all-consuming challenge but sometimes I have no strength left to fight that good fight of faith. Last year was a rocky year for me and my family and I had to lean on my faith to help put one foot in front of the other. It was easy to get overwhelmed looking at all that life was throwing at me.

It’s in one of those reflective moments that I realize that in my mom journey there is nothing that spells L-O-V-E than self-care. I started thinking about ways to add fuel to my “me” tank. It’s amazing how in that moment I came with every day opportunity to refresh and renew.

The more I embrace this self-care journey, I noticed a shift in my outlook of life. I started safeguarding my peace in a protective way, setting boundaries when need be to craft time for myself. The beautiful part of the journey was giving myself permission to love myself full. It felt so good that I started writing it down and next thing you know a self-care journal was born out of it.

Be You Till Full Self-Care Journal

It took me sinking to a low to birth this gem for all who are struggling to make themselves THE priority and not AN option. We owe it to ourselves and those around us to teach them how to value us. How can we do if we can love ourselves the way we are supposed to?
This is the self-care journal you have been waiting for. The guided journal is designed for you to integrate and cultivate a self-care routine into your every day life without feeling guilty. The journal blends insightful prompts with practical quotes and exercises to help deepen your sense of self-worth, self-love, and making you the priority not an option. Here’s to a new you and a full you!

  1. Yes. I totally agree with you about stepping out of the comfort zone and adding color. I always stuck to the black tops and just accessorized with sparkle. I’m definitely taking more chances and adding color to my life. Great post.

  2. I couldn’t agree with you more. Whether you’re a stay at home mom, working from an office out of your home or as a professional at an agency; it’s important to maintain your appearance, health and mental well-being. A shopping trip indulges all of the above and always gets a ‘two thumbs up ‘ from me! You look fabulous! (Navy blue is my favourite colour) ?

    1. Very much appreciated Cecilia and so true!! A little indulgence goes so much further than the dollar amount even though we need to be wise with our money. And great minds think alike as I am loving navy blue so much lately!! Enjoy the weekend and thanks for taking time to add FUEL to my Mom tank!!

We would love to hear from you!
